How Much Can You Earn?
We use a progressive commission model. On average, you can earn between 11% and 12.5%.
- First $15,000 → 12.5%
- $15,001 to $20,000 → 10%
- $20,001 to $30,000 → 8%
- Over $30,001 → Commission to be discussed
Plus, if that client hires us again within the next 18 months, you earn an additional 5% on the new project.
Example:
You refer a client who signs a $22,000 project → you earn $2,535
If they come back a year later for a $10,000 project → you earn $500

- Do I have to sell or close the project?
No. You only need to make the introduction. We handle the full sales process. If we close the deal, you earn a commission.
- Can I refer clients from any country?
Yes. We focus on clients in the U.S. and Latin America, but we accept referrals globally as long as they fit our ideal client profile.
- What kind of clients qualify?
Small or medium-sized businesses (usually in the market for 2 to 5 years) that need to develop a SaaS, mobile app, web platform, or automate internal processes. Ideally, they don’t have an internal tech team.
- How much can I earn per client?
It depends on the project size. For example:
- $15,000 project → you earn $1,875
- $22,000 project → you earn $2,250
- $30,000 project → you earn $2,850
And if that client hires us again within 18 months, you get an extra 5%.
- How do I get paid?
We pay you via bank transfer or platforms like Payoneer or Wise. Payment is made within 10 business days after we receive payment from the client.
The commission is paid according to the milestones agreed with the client. For example, if the client pays in 4 installments, you’ll receive your fee in 4 installments, aligned with those payments.
- What if the client doesn’t hire us?
No commission is generated if the client doesn’t close a project. But we’ll keep your referral on record in case they hire later — in which case you’d still get a commission.
- What if the client was already in contact with Sidequest?
If we already had an active conversation with that client, the commission doesn’t apply. We’ll always confirm this with you upfront for transparency.
- Can I refer more than one client?
Absolutely! There’s no limit. The more qualified referrals you bring, the more you can earn.
